That's when I discovered I have a really huge chip on my shoulder.
I still want that hard little body back, that I had as a kid. But, lacking that, I decided that the next best thing was a Harley.
What better way to feel powerful, tough, rebellious, even indomitable? I remember the freedom of running when I was younger, and I don't feel that way anymore. Now running is a task, a challenge to overcome. So why not ride? Forget the panting and the sweating and the eternally burning face, keep the wind and the rushing of the road underneath you. Additionally, make a lot of noise and look like a total BAMF.
I'm still too young to ride, and it would probably be wise to get my drivers license first, BUT. Here is that dream, out where I can't deny it. I want you to stare at me when I step off my bike. I want you ask me what the hell I think I'm doing. I may not be able to undo puberty...but I'll do what I can.
